This weekend has killed me. I feel like I’ve been eating non-stop the entire time. I feel fat, bloated, sick and gross.
All that I can do though, is start over. I’m going to fast for as long as I can on just tea and water initially and then soup when it starts to get harder. I was going so well before all of this :( I need to be thinner, bonier, skinnier and perfect.
