A little morning exercise

When going for a morning walk today I passed this really skinny girl in the year under me at school. She seems to be able to eat whatever she wants, but stay thin and boney. I felt so fat and stupid walking next to her. I could hear her thinking, “Look at that fat girl trying to exercise and lose weight. Haha!”

On the plus side I burnt 524 calories with my walk and cardio pilates DVD. Quite a good start to a day of fasting, if I do say so myself :)
